Terms of Service — The Inner Circle

By accessing or using The Inner Circle app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using The Inner Circle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the App
The Inner Circle is a private athlete development platform created by Tyler Ganus. The app provides members with access to:
• Daily Mindset Drills — structured mental performance exercises to build focus, confidence, and resilience.
• XP & Pulse Score System — a progress tracking system that awards experience points (XP) for completed drills, streaks, and activity, and calculates a Pulse Score reflecting your overall mental performance.
• Streak Tracking & Streak Protection — daily completion streaks with optional streak protection to preserve progress during missed days.
• Unlock Rewards — physical and experiential rewards unlocked at XP milestones (e.g., 1,000 XP, 1,500 XP, 2,000 XP, 2,500 XP, 4,000 XP, 5,000 XP).
• Breathwork Sessions — guided breathwork exercises for performance and recovery.
• Highlight Reel — a personal video library where athletes can upload and organize their best performance clips.
• Group Chat — a private community messaging space for members to share updates, media, and support one another.
• Weekly Group Calls — scheduled live coaching sessions with Tyler Ganus.
• Mindset Vault — a curated library of articles, audio, and resources.
• Pregame Routines — customizable pre-competition mental preparation routines.
• Daily Mental Check-Ins — brief daily reflections to track mental state over time.
• Offline Activity Logging — the ability to log activities completed outside the app, subject to admin review and approval.
• Push Notifications — milestone alerts, streak reminders, and coaching updates.
3. Breathwork Disclaimer
Know Before You Breathe.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can create physical and emotional changes and sensations. By using the breathwork features in this app, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Do not practice breathwork while driving, operating a vehicle, or in or near water.
• Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or physically uncomfortable.
• Breathwork may cause temporary sensations including tingling, lightheadedness, or altered states of awareness. These are normal but should be monitored.
Medical Conditions: If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, severe anxiety, respiratory illness, or are under medical care for any condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any breathwork exercises.
Not a Medical Service: The breathwork content provided in this app is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or emergency services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
By using the breathwork features, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being during any session and accept full responsibility for your participation.
4. Nutrition Disclaimer
Not a Registered Dietitian.
Tyler Ganus and The Inner Circle team are not registered dietitians, licensed nutritionists, or medical professionals. Any nutrition-related content, tips, recommendations, or resources provided through this app are for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional dietary or medical advice.
• Do not use nutrition content in this app as a substitute for advice from a qualified registered dietitian, nutritionist, or physician.
• Individual nutritional needs vary based on age, health status, activity level, and other factors. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet.
• The Inner Circle makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any nutrition information for your specific circumstances.
5. Physical Activity & Workout Disclaimer
Participate at Your Own Risk.
The Inner Circle may include content related to physical training, athletic performance, and workout routines. By engaging with this content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or cardiovascular events.
• Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or have been inactive for an extended period.
• The workouts, drills, and training content provided in this app are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for personalized instruction from a certified personal trainer or sports medicine professional.
• Always warm up properly, use correct form, and listen to your body. Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or discomfort.
The Inner Circle, Tyler Ganus, and affiliated coaches are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in any physical activity described or recommended in this app.
6. XP, Pulse Score & Rewards
Earned Progress.
XP and Pulse Score are in-app metrics that reflect your engagement and activity within The Inner Circle. They do not represent any monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Unlock Rewards are physical or experiential items made available at specific XP milestones at the sole discretion of The Inner Circle. The availability, nature, and fulfillment timeline of rewards may change at any time without notice. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Inner Circle reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute any reward at any time.
Offline Activity Submissions are subject to admin review and approval. Submission of false or exaggerated activity logs may result in XP removal and account suspension.
Streak Protection is a feature that preserves your streak during a missed day. Use of streak protection is subject to availability and may be limited per membership period.
7. Group Chat & Community Conduct
The Inner Circle provides a private group messaging space for members. By participating in the group chat, you agree to the following:
• Be respectful. Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful to other members.
• Do not share personal information of other members without their explicit consent.
• Do not post spam, promotional content, or links unrelated to the community.
• Media shared in the group chat (images, videos, audio) must be appropriate and relevant to the community's purpose.
• Do not share, screenshot, or redistribute private conversations or media from the group chat outside the platform without the consent of all parties involved.
The Inner Circle reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these community standards, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
8. Highlight Reel & User-Uploaded Content
By uploading videos or media to your Highlight Reel or the group chat, you grant The Inner Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content within the platform for the purpose of delivering the service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
The Inner Circle is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-uploaded content.
9. Weekly Group Calls
Access to Weekly Group Calls is a feature of active membership. Call schedules, formats, and availability are subject to change at any time. Calls may be recorded by The Inner Circle for internal use. Members may not record, redistribute, or publicly share call content without express written permission from Tyler Ganus.
10. Push Notifications
By using the app, you consent to receiving push notifications related to your account activity, milestone achievements, streak reminders, and coaching updates. You may manage notification preferences within your device settings at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Inner Circle, its founders, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or its content, including but not limited to injury, illness, financial loss, emotional distress, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use The Inner Circle to:
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful.
• Share personal information of other members without their consent.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' access.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All content within The Inner Circle app — including text, audio, video, graphics, course materials, drills, breathwork sessions, vault resources, and coaching content — is the property of Tyler Ganus and The Inner Circle. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any app content without express written permission.
14. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. The Inner Circle collects information including your name, email address, sport, position, progress data, and device push token for the purpose of delivering the service and sending relevant notifications.
15. Account Termination
The Inner Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any conduct deemed harmful to the community. Upon termination, your access to the app and its content will be revoked. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email below.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy — The Inner Circle

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Inner Circle, a private mobile application designed to help athletes develop mental performance skills through daily mindset drills, breathwork, pregame routines, habit tracking, community connection, and personalized coaching from Tyler Ganus. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the App.
By creating an account and using The Inner Circle, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use this App. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this policy on your behalf before you use the App.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information generated automatically through your use of the App.
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Registration. When you create an account using an invite code, we collect your full name, email address, and a password you choose. Your email address serves as your unique account identifier throughout the App.
Onboarding Profile. During the onboarding process, we collect your age, the sport(s) you play, your position(s), your athletic level (e.g., youth, high school, college, professional), and your primary performance goal (e.g., confidence, focus, leadership). This information is used to personalize your experience.
Profile Updates. You may update your name, bio, sport, position, level, and focus area at any time through your profile settings.
Daily Mindset Drills. Written responses you submit as part of drill completions are stored on your device and, when connected to the internet, synchronized to our secure servers so your progress persists across devices and reinstalls.
Daily Mental Check-Ins. Brief daily reflections you submit are stored on our servers and used to display your mental state history within the App.
Pregame Routines. Custom pregame routine configurations you create are stored on our servers and linked to your account.
Journal Photos. You may optionally attach a photo to a drill or journal entry, either by taking a new photo with your camera or selecting one from your photo library. These images are uploaded to our secure cloud storage.
Group Chat Messages. Messages you send in the group community chat, including text, images, videos, and audio, are stored on our servers and visible to all current members of The Inner Circle community. Edited and deleted messages are handled accordingly, though administrators may retain logs for moderation purposes.
Direct Messages to Coach Tyler. Messages you send directly to Coach Tyler through the private chat are stored on our servers and are accessible to Coach Tyler and authorized administrators.
Highlight Reel Videos. Videos you upload to your personal Highlight Reel are stored in our secure cloud storage (Amazon S3) and are linked to your account by email address. These videos are private to you and are not visible to other members unless shared in the group chat.
Offline Activity Submissions. If you submit activities completed outside the App for XP credit, we collect a description of the activity and any supporting notes you provide. These submissions are reviewed and approved or rejected by an administrator.
Notification Preferences. If you enable push notifications or daily reminders, we store your device push token and notification preferences on our servers so these settings persist across reinstalls.
Subscription and Payment Information. If your membership involves a paid subscription, billing is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status in our database. We do not store your full credit card number, card verification code, or bank account details — these are handled entirely by Stripe. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how Stripe handles payment data.
2.2 Information Generated Automatically
Usage and Progress Data. We record each drill you complete, including the drill name, category, date, XP earned, and streak data. We also record your Pulse Score history, milestone achievements, and streak protection usage. This data powers your XP total, Pulse Score, streak counter, and progress history.
Unlock Reward Milestones. When you reach an XP milestone that triggers a reward, we record that milestone as notified in our database to prevent duplicate notifications.
Device and Platform Information. We collect basic technical information such as your device operating system (iOS or Android) to ensure the App functions correctly. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location data.
App Activity Logs. Our servers maintain standard logs of API requests, which may include timestamps and error codes. These logs are used for debugging and security monitoring and are not used for advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information to serve targeted advertisements. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances.
With Other Members (Community Features). When you post in the group community chat, your display name, message content, and any attached media are visible to all current members of The Inner Circle. You should not post sensitive personal information in the community chat.
With Coach Tyler and Administrators. Coach Tyler and authorized administrators can view your profile information (name, sport, level, XP, streak, Pulse Score), your direct messages to Coach Tyler, your offline activity submissions, and your milestone and reward status. Administrators can also view aggregate activity data for the purpose of managing the community.
With Service Providers. We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) / S3 — Cloud storage for uploaded videos and images.
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions.
• Manus — The platform on which this App is built and hosted, including server infrastructure and database hosting.
• Expo / React Native — Mobile app development framework used to build and deliver the App.
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us and may not use it for their own purposes.
For Legal Reasons. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Inner Circle, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers. If The Inner Circle is acquired by or merged with another organization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Push Notifications
The Inner Circle sends push notifications to your device for the following purposes:
• Milestone Alerts — notifying you when you unlock a new XP reward.
• Streak Reminders — reminding you to complete your daily drill to maintain your streak.
• Coaching Updates — messages from Tyler Ganus or the admin team.
• Group Chat Notifications — alerts for new messages in the community chat (subject to your device settings).
We store your device push token on our servers to deliver these notifications. You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Opting out will not affect your access to the App or your progress data.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted through the Manus platform, with media files (videos and images) stored in Amazon S3. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls that limit who can view your data.
Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text.
Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax law).
Drill completions, check-ins, chat messages, highlight reel videos, and offline submissions are deleted when your account is deleted. Group chat messages you sent may remain visible to other members until they are individually removed by an administrator.
Push tokens are removed from our servers upon account deletion or when you uninstall the App and your token expires.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information.
Access and Correction. You can view and update your name, sport, level, goal, and bio at any time through the Profile tab in the App.
Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the address in Section 12. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Notification Opt-Out. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. This will not affect your access to the App.
Data Portability. You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable format by contacting us.
California Residents (CCPA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address in Section 12.
European Residents (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (providing the App to you) and, where applicable, your consent.
9. Children's Privacy
The Inner Circle is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed this Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to external websites or services (for example, weekly group call links or vault resource links). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
The most current version of this policy will always be available at the URL provided during onboarding.
